Services

AI MindMaps provides consulting, strategy, implementation support, and educational services related to artificial intelligence, automation, workflows, and business systems.

No Guaranteed Results

No business, financial, revenue, lead-generation, savings, conversion, or performance result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the client’s business, implementation, market, data, existing processes, team execution, and other factors outside AI MindMaps’ control.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, providing accurate information, reviewing recommendations and deliverables, and determining whether a proposed system is appropriate for their organization.

AI-Assisted Work

Deliverables may include AI-generated or AI-assisted work. Such work may require human review, verification, editing, and approval before use.

Compliance

Clients are responsible for laws, regulations, professional standards, contractual duties, privacy obligations, and industry requirements applicable to their business and use of any recommended tools or workflows.

No Professional Advice Outside Scope

Services are not legal, tax, investment, medical, or accounting advice unless a service is explicitly provided by an appropriately qualified professional acting in that capacity.

Third-Party Services

Third-party software and platforms are subject to their own terms, pricing, functionality, availability, and policies. AI MindMaps does not control those third parties.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients may use final client-specific deliverables created and delivered for their internal business purposes. AI MindMaps retains ownership of pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, know-how, generalized processes, and reusable materials that are not unique confidential client information.

Client Materials

Clients represent that they have the right to provide materials they submit and grant AI MindMaps permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the purchased service.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as services evolve. The version posted on the website applies from its stated effective date, subject to any separate written agreement with a client.
