Refund & Cancellation Policy
Professional-service cancellations are handled according to the stage of work.
$297 AI Systems Audit
A customer may request cancellation before substantive audit work begins. Once client materials have been reviewed or substantive audit work has begun, the service is generally non-refundable because professional work has commenced, except where required by law or where AI MindMaps agrees otherwise.
If AI MindMaps Cannot Deliver
If AI MindMaps cannot deliver a purchased service, an appropriate refund or alternative resolution will be provided based on the circumstances.
Consultations
Reasonable rescheduling is permitted for scheduled consultations. Repeated missed appointments may require rebooking and may be subject to any terms disclosed for the relevant service.
How Requests Are Evaluated
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling requests are evaluated based on when the request is received, whether substantive work has begun, and any applicable legal requirements or separate written agreement.
